REFUND POLICY

Officers/Departments/Academies: You may return any unopened products to Law Enforcement Dimensions (LED) for up to 30 days from the date you place your order for a refund less shipping and handling. LED will also do an even exchange of any defective products. All other sales are final.


Uniform Stores: You may return three (3) unopened copies of any of the prior year's titles at the time of LED's annual in-store visit, or at another time as agreed upon between the store and Law Enforcement Dimensions. All other sales are final.


Campus Bookstores: You may return three (3) unopened copies of each title purchased within 30 days from the date you place your order for a refund less shipping and handling. All other sales are final.
